Gold hand pendant

A 19th century yellow metal (tests as 14k gold) hand pendant, set with a small emerald for the ring, suspended with a base metal mounted amethyst orb pendant, the hand suspended from a Victorian 9ct gold. Albert lobster clasp. Total length, 7.5 cm. Amethyst, approximately 2 cm wide, hand approximately 2.8 cm. Amethyst pendant hinged but does not appear to open.
